Time is important to us, so we do things a little differently. Our focus is exclusively on time committed, meaning bench-time and general Q&A isn't factored into our costs in the same way as your regular shop might add. One shop may charge 12 hours for bench time on a data transfer, but there may only be an hour or two of work required to perform that transfer. Extreme cases aside, we approach things from the latter perspective.
